Selet started construction of its facilities in November 2008 on a 6,000 m2 plot located 20 kilometers outside of Addis Ababa. The factory consists of a raw material warehouse, sesame cleaning line, sesame dry-hulling line and a finished product warehouse with a total square area of 2,200 m2. The factory's facilities have been built according to international food standards and are fully organic (Control Union) and ISO 22.000:2005 (DQS) certified.
